1. Purchase Lift Pass on Narvikfjellet.no
1.1 Lift Pass + New Axess Chip Card
Choose the type of lift pass, the date it will be used, how many passes you need, and proceed with your order. Don’t forget to check the box for including the Axess card. Bring the confirmation (QR code) when picking up your lift pass.
1.2 Lift Pass on Your Existing Axess Chip Card
Select the type of lift pass, then load your Axess card by entering the pass number/WTP number (found in the white field on the back of the card) and the date you plan to use it.
2. Purchase Lift Pass at the Ticket Machine
Bring your existing Axess card or purchase a new card when buying a lift pass from one of the machines at the resort. You can also collect a lift pass you’ve already purchased online here. Just remember to bring the confirmation with the QR code.
3. Purchase Lift Pass at the Ticket Office in Skistua/Skishop
At the reception in Skistua, our staff will assist you in purchasing your lift pass. You can also pick up any lift passes you've already bought online. Just bring the confirmation with the QR code.
- Children under 7 years old (up to and including 6 years) ski for free when wearing a helmet, but please note that they must have their own chip card (NOK 100) with a valid ticket.
- Lift passes are only valid for the season in which they were purchased. For example, remaining trips on a punch card cannot be used in the following season.
- Groups of more than 20 people may receive a discount with a collective payment and pre-booking by emailing [email protected].
- Unused tickets due to poor weather, conditions, or technical issues (e.g., power outages) will not be refunded. Please read all terms and conditions here.
- All lift passes (except corporate passes) are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
- Lost lift passes will not be replaced unless you can present a valid receipt at the Skishop.
- In case of misuse or violation of alpine slope rules, the pass will be confiscated.
- Evening skiing and the cable car are included with all lift passes.
